CityHub Reykjavik

CityHub Reykjavik is a modern and innovative hotel concept in the heart of Reykjavik, where compact, smart sleeping cabins (“Hubs”) are combined with luxurious shared facilities. Guests benefit from a fully digital experience, comfortable king-size beds and a central location within walking distance of the city's main hotspots.

For this special project Octavium hotel room audio integrated in all 215 rooms, combined with wireless Qi chargers. This creates a consistent and comfortable audio and charging experience in every room that perfectly matches the smart and minimalist design of the hotel. It is nice to see that thanks to the set maximum volume level, no reports or complaints of noise pollution have arisen between the hubs placed at right angles to each other.
